5-16-2014, Business meetings are fun?!

Today was Friday, so I was anxious to get my work done and enjoy my weekend. I finished up most of the work I had on Connecticut and gave it to Erin. Hrishue called Erin, Kate and I into his office for a meeting. The meeting was just to update each other on what we had accomplished, and to have a fun time since the week was over. We updated each other and then began telling stories, jokes and even singing. After our meeting, we had to attend a meeting with all the Jumpstart members. This meeting was similar to ours; it was for everyone to update the community on what they were doing. The meeting was very enjoyable because of how casual it was. It wasn’t really a formal presentation; it seemed more to be just a giant conversation. Everyone here gets along and it shows how close of a community this company is. I had to do a brief introduction of myself and what I had done. I was really awkward because I have stage fright, even though I shouldn’t have been because there is no reason to be afraid of these people. Despite that, meetings are my new favorite part of the day.
